RICH LEFURGY
Rich LeFurgy has been a board member, advisor or investor in over 30 online advertising companies. Drawing from a 17 year ad agency career in New York (NW Ayer 1978-1995), he was head of sales at Starwave and the Walt Disney Internet Group (ESPN.com, NFL.com, NBA.com and ABCnews.com 1995-1998), founding Chairman of the Interactive Advertising Bureau (1996-2001) and a venture capitalist in San Francisco (WaldenVC 1999-2004), prior to starting advisory firm Archer in 2004. Archer is a multifaceted advisory services company, assisting early stage online media companies by serving on their board of directors, completing advisory projects and proving early stage investments.

 

 

WOODY BENSON
Woody joined Prism Ventures in 2004 and runs the firm’s digital media practice. He also has extensive experience in mobile and transformational business. Woody is a director for LogMeIn (NASDAQ: LOGM), KickApps, Worldwide Biggies and Everypoint. Formerly, he was on the board of Maven Networks, acquired by Yahoo! (NASDAQ: YHOO) and M:Metrics, acquired by comScore. (NASDAQ: SCOR). Prior to becoming a venture capitalist, Woody had an extensive operating career. Career highlights include serving as Chairman, President and CEO of MCK Communications (NASDAQ: MCKC). MCK Communications went public in 1999 and completed a secondary offering in 2000. Before MCK, Woody was a senior executive at Shiva Corporation (NASDAQ: SHVA) and Lotus Development (NASDAQ:LOTS). Woody is a frequent speaker and panelist on topics from redefining venture capital to trends in digital media. Woody is a member of On Hollywood’s Top 100. In 1999 he was awarded the "CEO of the Year" by the Mass Telecom Council. Woody serves on the board of the Massachusetts Network Communications Council, the MIT Enterprise Forum 10-250 Committee, The American Red Cross-Metro West and the Bentley Private Equity Council.

 

 

DANA TODD 
Dana is considered one of the pioneers of the search marketing industry, but her expertise includes all forms of online marketing and interactive visibility. With 13 years of experience in exploring marketing methods in the Internet space, she can happily count herself amongst the “old-timers” who survived and thrived in the Internet new economy. Press, industry analysts and technology leaders frequently tap Dana for her knowledge of the search engine marketplace. She regularly appears as a top speaker at national and international conferences such as @d:tech and Jupiter Media's Search Engine Strategies. Dana talks candidly about the pros and cons of leading search engine marketing programs, and speaks from experience. Dana is the founding President of SEMPO (Search Engine Marketing Professionals Organization) and currently on it’s Board of Directors.
